Furniture relocation over a balcony
This was an over and above removal job and one we don’t encounter often. We had not been told in advance, but when we arrived at the pick up address, we found out that we had to pack all the customers’ items before we could load the removalist truck. In the end, the furniture relocation took about six hours to complete instead of an anticipated four hours.
It was a southside removal and all the customers’ furniture was being moved to Beenleigh. On arrival, we were confronted with difficult ground on which to park the truck and ended up having to unload a lot of items over a balcony to get everything inside.
Even though the job took longer, the customer was happy with the result.
