Yes – For your peace of mind we aim to be punctual and arrive at the appointed time (subject to an act of God). We will ring ahead, if traffic conditions become a problem, and advise you of a new ETA.

All the men assigned to your job work at a comfortable pace to be able to work all day, with safety of your possessions top of mind, from start to finish.

Every effort is made to deliver the same day, subject to distance covered. The removalist truck will not be unloaded anywhere other than at the destination point, unless instructed otherwise by the customer.

The time is based on the list of your inventory, which must be accurate. Walking distance to and from the truck, number of staircases to traverse, loading/unloading over balconies, dismantling/reassembling furniture or fridges, etc. all affect the total time to complete a relocation. Access to premises at the start and final destination will also influence the total time.

Are there any pot plants? They are time consuming to move.

Everything is doable – we work efficiently until the removal is complete.

We provide transit insurance in the event the removal truck is damaged while loaded, necessitating a claim.

We strongly recommend you take out specific item insurance for personal cover of your most valuable possessions. This will give you peace of mind and personal cover at the lowest cost.

Check with your home insurer to see if your home and contents insurance covers your relocation in the event of damage.

No – As soon as the blankets are folded and trolleys stashed in the truck at the destination point, the job ends.

Sometimes, when we are required to travel very long distances there will be a fuel surcharge.

The first 75 km are free then we charge a fuel surcharge from the Brisbane boundary back to the boundary, not the depot. This is based on a ‘cents per kilometre’ rate for the distance travelled.

Televisions are packed between mattresses where possible and separated from any other hard items. They are always stacked vertically to avoid screen warpage and enclosed in double blankets as required.

We can load a three-and-a-half-bedroom house because of our packing skills. We load tight and padded. If the job is in the next suburb, we can move a four-bedroom home with two trips – this is a cost-effective way to move a large number of items.

No. One size does not fit every mattress. However, all mattresses are blanket wrapped and are placed on another blanket on the floor.

The removal truck is mechanically serviced on a regular basis as required or a minimum of 10,000 km. It is given a daily check for reliability and cleanliness. Our truck is the business.

No. Information is only held by the removalist for the purpose of completing the job. This is subject to any legal requirements or court/police instructions.

Our pricing is subject to the accuracy of your inventory and full disclosure by you of the job required to be done.

We quote on one pick up and one drop off. If you require more pick ups or drop offs an extra charge could be incurred.

The final price must be paid in full, less any prepayments, on site at the completion of the job.
